With over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, I have developed a strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. My previous roles have involved managing complex financial transactions, developing and implementing financial policies, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
In my current role as Finance Manager , I have been responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including overseeing the accounting team, preparing budgets and financial statements, and providing guidance to the executive team on financial performance. Additionally, I have successfully implemented financial controls and improved financial reporting processes, resulting in increased transparency and accuracy.

I hold a BCom Honors in Finance obtained in Zimbabwe, which laid the foundation for my journey in the financial sector. Subsequently, I pursued an MSc in Finance & Investment (also in Zimbabwe), followed by an MSc in Financial Engineering (obtained online from USA). These experiences equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, quantitative techniques, and risk management strategies.
My academic journey has instilled in me a passion for leveraging data to make informed financial decisions. As the financial industry undergoes a transformative shift with the increasing importance of data analytics, I recognise the need to enhance my skills in data science to stay at the forefront of this evolution hence enrolled for the CFA level 1 program.
