From May 2022 to present, SBC Technical Lead - Emergencies in Tanzania. Key accomplishments- leading and executing the Advancing SBCiE (SBC in Emergencies) Symposium, developing SBC in emergencies synergies and accountability framework, establishing an operational M&E system among 55 partners.February 2022 to March 2022, SBC Specialist: Development of National Disability Inclusion SBC Strategy using HCD approaches for UNICEF and Zimbabwe Evaluation Association (ZEA). January 2021 to November 2021, SBC Specialist-UNICEF Nigeria in Abuja. Accomplishments include leading the operationalization of Nigeria's COVID-19 Crisis Communication Operations Center (CRICC) and developing an evidence-based COVID-19 Vaccine RCCE Strategy. December 2019 to December 2020, served as Communication for Development SBC Specialist, COVID-19 RCCE, RI and Supplementary Activities (SIAs) Lead, UNICEF Nigeria, Abuja. Key accomplishments include developing behavioral strategies, plans, and costed monitoring and evaluation frameworks for new vaccine introduction activities. October 2018 to October 2019, served as SBC Officer for UNICEF Zimbabwe, co-leading the development and design of the first HCD EPI Demand Creation Strategy. January 2017 to September 2018, served as SBC Specialist- Consultant for UNICEF Zimbabwe- DFID-funded program. Accomplishments include developing an evidence-based C4D Strategy and indicative budget for improving micronutrient powder. May 2011 to December 2016, served as Community Health Specialist for Cordaid Zimbabwe for a Results-Based Financing for Health Humanitarian Action- World Bank Funded Program. Accomplishments include leading the development of a community dialogue series on community engagement and social mobilization to promote uptake of reproductive health services and WASH services in humanitarian activities.
