Among my previous experiences and responsibilities, I highlight the following :

- Working for national and international NGOs in countries with diffrerent levels of development, including the Dem. Rep. of Congo (DRC), United Kingdom (UK), Peru and Mexico;

- Acting as a public servant in the Federal Government of Mexico;

- Working professionally WITH and FOR: school-age, working and/or migrant children; peasant and indigenous rural communities; farmers and internally displaced persons (IDPs) living in areas affected by armed conflict; public officials, NGO members, entrepreneurs, among others.

- Organizing and facilitating participatory workshops.

- Conducting training and capacity- building workshops with different audiences.

- Coordinate and implement education, protection and participatory projectrs for children;

- Conduct evaluations and value- chains studies in conflict- affected areas.

- Develop anual operation plans, project proposals, accountability and results reports in Spanish and English;

- Design and manage databases, information and M&E systems and frameworks for projects and programs;

- Train public servants and NGOs members (including field staff) in aspects related to the design, implementation and M&E of projects.

- Write and translate InCountry policy Briefs, technical documents and evaluations.

- Implement and coordinate applied social research studies and/or evaluations to measure the results and impacts of projects and programs, using mixed and/or participatory methods.

1. M.A in Development Studies at Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex.

2. B.A. in International Relations at UDLA-P Mexico.
