I am a Finance and Budget Specialist with Master-II degree in Audit and Management Control and a bachelor’s in business management with certificate in Finance. I’m a certified accountant and auditor with track records on successful management of audits exercises and I justify 27 years’ experience in accounting/ financial management for private structure, public structure and UN agencies, audits for private structure, public structure and UN agencies, reinforcement of the capacities of implementation partners (private societies, public structures, CSO’s). Furthermore, I am a focal point of UN Agencies financial systems (ATLAS, Quantum) with 15 years’ experience and 6 years’ experience with Global Fund procedures.
My competencies covers the following areas: Global fund procedures and project management, Financial management of projects, Costing projects and activities, Audits, Internal controls procedures conception and implementation, Financial evaluation, Implementing partner’s financial procedures, guidelines and Dashboard (Global Fund, UN agencies, World Bank..), Financial team capacity building and reinforcement.
Fluent in in French, English and Arabic, I had a strong wok experience in 5 Countries: Mauritania, Rep. of Congo, Rep. of Sudan, Rep. of Chad and Democratic Rep. of Congo (DRC).
