Cidália Eusébio, a founder of Innovhygia Ltd., is an accomplished health system professional with over a decade of experience in integrating health policies, evidence, health services, data science, and digital transformation. Her expertise is crucial in driving healthcare innovation, and she's dedicated to leading and collaborating with diverse and multidisciplinary teams for enhanced healthcare services.
Starting her career as a Nurse/Specialist Nurse at NHS London, Cidália gained experience leading nursing care for critical patients and participated in various research initiatives. Here, she developed skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, public health, clinical skills, problem-solving, research skills, quality, and service improvement.
She later served as a Health Protection Practitioner & Team Leader at Public Health England & NHS Professionals, where she led multistakeholder teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. She developed additional skills such as working under stressful conditions and managing critically ill patients.
Her experience as a Healthcare Consultant at 33N/NHS CLEAR Faculty involved leading projects that defined recommendations for change and transformation in healthcare in NHS Hospitals. Her key skills include Excel, Leadership, Project Management (Prince 2), Communications, Public Health, Consulting skills, Healthcare Policy, Health Economics, and Implementation Science.
As a Policy Health Advisor for the future of health at the European Health Parliament, she developed policy recommendations for Future Proofing Health Systems, represented her work at Gastein 2022, and gained proficiency in creating a Policy Innovation Framework, Lobbying, Policy Writing, Public Health Research, and Public Speaking.

Cidália has an extensive and diverse educational background, covering multiple areas from health sciences to business and data science.
She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria - School of Health Sciences in Portugal, where she developed core clinical nursing skills. During this time, she was a Fulbright scholar, a Leadership selectee in 2011, and participated in various international activities such as Erasmus and ISFIT.
Further specializing in the field of public health, Cidália pursued an MSc in Public Health with a specialization in Health Services Management from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK. Notable achievements during this program include publishing a commentary, presenting her dissertation at LUSO, being recognized as the Best European Delegate in the WHO model, and raising £5000 in scholarships to finance her masters. The key skills she developed during this period are Research, Public Health, Health Economics, Statistics, and Organisational Management.
Cidália also completed a course on 'Leading People and Teams' through the University of Michigan via Coursera and studied Research Methods, HDU & Intensive Care at City, University of London & University of West London, UK.
To expand her knowledge outside of the health sector, she participated in the Business Foundations course, part of the Wharton MBA, through Coursera. This course allowed her to gain skills in Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Marketing, Management Social and Human Capital, Operational Management, and Capstone.
Cidália also has a strong footing in data science.
