I've spent 20 incredible years leading HR functions in humanitarian and development organizations. This has been through strategic business partnering, project managing, recruiting, country office HR management, and heading up the global HR function.

My Masters and Bachelor's degree are both in Global Business. I've recently completed a fantastic Certificate program in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and am also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
