Highly experienced governance policy expert with a decade of proven track record in the Public Sector. Extensive expertise in designing and implementing democratic governance reforms within Malawi's Democratic Governance Sector (DGS), with a specific focus on advancing access to justice, human rights, transparent and fair elections, transparency, accountability, and anti-corruption initiatives.
Overall management of the programme components (project planning, organization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) in close collaboration with 7 Beneficiary Institutions (BI) namely the Judiciary, Legal Aid Bureau, Malawi Human Rights Commission, Malawi Prison Services, Malawi Police Services and the office of Ombudsman; and the 19 government institutions and Civil Society Organizations that make up Malawi’s Democratic Governance Sector (DGS). Tracked costs and expenses for analysis against original budget and compiled data into reports for final review. Delivered high level of service aimed at improving good governance to stakeholders and Malawians in an effort to extend partnerships for future project opportunities. Supported junior personnel by implementing different projects complying with guidelines and required parameters.
