Director / Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant: I have 14 years’ world-class senior level M&E experience supporting the aims of NGO’s, not-for-profit organizations, and international development consultancies.
As a subject matter expert, I lead innovation in results measurement, research and development functions and develop and implement Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (M&E) systems for complex, donor-funded programs.
I maintain essential knowledge of the application of multijurisdictional donor policies, procedures and reporting requirements (USAID, DANIDA, EU, & UN) and remain at the cutting edge of emerging practices in planning, impact assessment and learning, including new ways to assess prototyping, piloting, scaling, and dissemination of evidence.
As an agile thought leader with an insatiable intellectual curiosity, I originate and facilitate effective approaches to programming in public health and the development nexus through translating and elevating data and information gathered from program implementation to actionable evidence… I bring out the best in cross-functional teams.
