Connecting people to the Internet to facilitate access to information and foster training and development. For more than 20 years, I have been actively working on the digital divide issues in Quebec, Canada. For the past 12 years, I have been implementing telecommunications services in public places (parks, libraries, community, sports and cultural centers, health care facilities and social housing).
I have demonstrated throughout my career (see attached résumé) an ability to develop strong networks of stakeholders, both locally and within government structures, as well as in-depth knowledge of network and telecommunications technologies - from planning to delivery. In addition, I focus on ensuring the long-term stability of the project (market/product/services, finance, and governance) to guarantee the sustainability of the client's digital projects.
