Professional Experience:
I possess 20 years of progressive in administration, human resources, logistics, project coordination, budgeting and executive management support. I spent 10 years in conflict and post conflict environments and 5 years at an international organization headquarter working with international organizations, NGOs and military forces.

I built - from the ground-up - offices and programs required to support deployed personnel. I was accountable for the provision of services, programs and HR requirements for teams of national and international staff. I managed the coordination of movements and travel for thousands of deployed personnel. I supervised teams of local and international staff, coordinated deployment training for civilians working in Afghanistan and the Middle East and produced a user-friendly training and deployment notebook in French and English.

Over the years, I oversaw staff contracts, performance evaluations and other human resource issues. I ensured the proper disbursement of payroll to over 600 employees while administering sensitive databases of information and providing in-processing and out-processing support. I also provided guidance regarding HR policies such as leave entitlements, medical care, contracts and emoluments.

Throughout my various field positions, I took part in emergency response, civil-military coordination, emergency roll calls and safety and security briefings. I developed effective policies and procedures in order to significantly improve operations and ease transitional periods.

Mission focused, I can multitask and demonstrate a high level of discretion and diplomacy. Using judgement and sound communication skills, I focus part of my daily activities planning and establishing solid procedures in order to facilitate current and future projects. I built strong networks of contacts throughout departments and with the personnel. Finally, I possess excellent computer skills. I received training in information knowledge management, joint operations / intelligence information system users, Microsoft Excel and instructional techniques.

Reliable and efficient, I am consistently known as the “go to” person in each organization in which I have served. Skilled in oral and written communications, I am fluent in French and English and have superior proofreading skills.
