Repairing and maintenance.• • Working closely with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Defence for 9 hospital project (500 Bed Military Hospital, 250 & 160 Bed Regional Hospitals and 100 & 60 Bed District Hospitals) , on the requirements of the Medical Equipment planning by coordinating with the medical suppliers and verifying the technical data sheets to finalize the equipment. Providing advisory and assistance in equipping a medical facility with biomedical equipment according to the requirements in accordance with the different involved departments.
• Effectively evaluating the project phase requirements and utility requirements of Medical Equipment and supporting the project team with the necessary data like heat load, electrical load, grounding details and cabling requirements etc.
• Coordination and Supervision the Pre-installation and Installation activities of the various subcontractors supplying the Medical/ Non-medical Equipment, Furniture and Medical Gas Pipeline systems.
•Monito ring the adherence to various preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for medical equipment to comply with manufacturer specifications / Health Technology Regulations with different medical subcontractors and submitting the necessary documents.
• Monitoring the installation of Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS), starting from pipeline network, distribution/ monitoring system and the production equipment includes Oxygen generators, Medical air compressor, Vacuum pumps and AGSS systems. Carried out the necessary QA/QC test like pressure drop test, cross-connection test and the gas purity check to ensure the quality of medical gas.
• Ensure results of maintenance (corrective and preventive maintenance) are captured accurately on the CMMS. These entries should reflect spares used, labour involved, associated cost, task performed/ action taken, and person/suppliers involved.
• Acceptance of service certificates from contractors, including but not limited to ensuring data is completed correctly at the correct intervals of service, National service level agreement are adhered to and follow up repairs are planned and prioritized.
• Preparation and submission of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/ Quality Certificate) for each medical subcontractors by effectively analyzing the quality of work according to the milestones.
Experienced in installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance of medical imaging equipment like X-Ray & Ultrasound Machines, CR and PACS system.• Assisting in providing support to the team of site for clinical investigation with regards to the installation, configuration and technical troubleshooting related to the system and its support Analysis Software tools.
