Designed and implemented a partnership strategy for over 50 local implementing partners in three countries.?Led comprehensive restructuring of program and finance teams in the Caucasus, Cambodia, the Caribbean, and Tanzania contributing to greater efficiency and competitiveness.?Oversaw $250M in grant proposals for emergency response, conflict mitigation, HIV/AIDS, WASH, Ag/livelihoods.?Coordinated humanitarian responses to deliver water, shelter, food, health services, and economic recovery opportunities to over 300K individuals in Georgia, Cuba, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and Tanzania.?Managed portfolios of up to $65M, and relationships with key corporate and foundation donors, including Keurig Green Mountain, Ben & Jerry’s, The Coca Cola Company, and The Howard G.
