• I was part of a research team sponsored by the Ghana Export Promotion Council on Traceability and Hazard Analyses Critical Control Point (HACCP) among the SMEs in Ghana who exported fresh and processed food to the US and EU markets.
• I went on field trips to factory premises, administered questionnaires, analyzed responses, and presented the reports to my supervisor.
I am currently reading MSc in Finance and Investments with the London School of Business and Finance, and will start my dissertation in January 2021.
