Professional Experience:
Mr. Kouadio is a Public Health and Strategic Information Professional with more than 15 years designing, implementing, managing and providing technical assistance to various projects including HIV/AIDs prevention, HIV care and treatment, OVC programs, key population, peer education, maternal and child health, family planning, Pediatric and adolescent health, pediatric Tuberculosis program and capacity building.
I am currently the Director for Strategic Information of EGPAF-Côte d’Ivoire. In his role, we provide technical leadership and support to the development and use of strategic information systems and data. We lead the overall planning, M&E strategies and implementation of activities in order to support core program performance requirements (e.g., indicators and program design, program quality, and program management principles, adaptive management).
My trainings include M&E; data collection, analysis, visualization, interpretation, use and quality assessment, project management, Power Bi, epidemiology methods and practices, Lot Quality Assurance Survey (LQAS), and geomatics (QGIS).
