. I have Post Graduate studies in Project Management, a bachelor’s degree in political science and French, various certificates in Procurement, HR Management and Logistics. I have 15-years international experience implementing grants from different organizations, Governments and charities in different countries while working with United Nations different countries.
While in the US, I have Consulted with various organizations that are implementing Federal Grants for overseas programs. I am currently working with a grant making nonprofit with presence in Africa. My role is on grants management, compliance and reporting
I possess a combination of knowledge, expertise and technical skills in HR, Procurement, Project Management, Contract Management and Logistical Coordination. I have led supply chain teams and processes, drafted RFQ, RFP, ITB and managed Contracts and LTAs. In my previous roles, I have been credited for putting in place various SOPs to enhance compliance and establish audit trails that is vital in Grant Management.
Such processes have increased efficiency, improved performance of business processes and greatly reduced operational expenditure. I have great interpersonal relationships and have mentored staff and driven changes across the organization, with an overall objective of performance improvement for the whole organization. I thrive on encouraging employee performance and was commended by senior leadership for my ability to ensure adherence to Grant expectations and established organizational processes while maintaining a positive and motivating corporate culture, as evidenced in various performance appraisal documents.
