Expertise and practice experience in economic policy reform; development planning; aid coordination; agriculture finance, public sector governance ( decentralization and local governance, public administration, transparency and accountability); governance and institutional capacity assessment; capacity development; strategic planning and organizational change; and agricultural development (agricultural policy and institutions)
Extensive program / project cycle management experience: project design, formulation, project planning; budgeting; M & E; application of results-based management tools and reporting; training design and delivery; process consulting. Experience in organizing, facilitation and managing strategic planning exercises, knowledge fora, multi-stakeholders consultations; leading and managing inter-agency working groups/secretariat.
High level representation experience with central governments, donors, local governments, private sector and civil society organizations at the regional and country levels in post-conflict, transition economies, middle income developing countries and small-island developing states (SIDS).
