Professional Experience: |
Oliver Nzala is the Corporate Communications Manager at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA). He has worked as a Television Producer and Presenter for the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) before joining ZRA as a Corporate Affairs Officer. He went on to become the Senior Corporate Communications Officer. He is responsible for Strategic Communications, Media Relations, Branding and Advertising and managing Stakeholder relations between the Authority and its publics in order to foster mutual relations and achieve tax compliance. He has vast experience in strategic corporate communications, public relations, media relations, policy analysis and is also a columnist for the Zambia Daily Mail Newspaper.
Oliver has a Master of International Relations and Development and a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree among other qualifications. He has also published a journal titled ‘A Review of Zambia’s Economic Diplomacy with a Special Focus on Zambia-China Relations 2010-2018.
