Education:
I hold a Doctorate in African Studies, from the University of Nantes (France), three Post-Doctoral certificates in Policy analysis,Policy design in Education, and Educational evaluation from Florida State University, Tallahassee (USA). I also hold a Master degree in Education (Major: curriculum design)from Exeter University (UK), a Post graduate diploma in Anglophone studies and a Master degree in English from the University of Nantes (France), and a diploma in International trade from the Chamber of Commerce, Besançon, (France)
Affiliations and Achievements:
Plan International
Played a leading role in the improvement of quality education in Niger through the development of reading materials in local languages (Hausa, Zarma, Kanuri, Fulfude), including distribution to schools, training and supervision of teachers, as well as early grade reading assessments (EGRA) for grades 1 and 2 students
UNICEF Comoros
Played a leading role in the development of the Comoros interim education sector plan, its endorsement by partners, the development of the GPE programme, and the country’s admission to GPE.
Played a similar role in the development of a proposal that was submitted to EAC for funding educational opportunities for out of school children (OOSC) to complement GPE grant.

UNICEF Burundi
Played a catalyst role in the development of the Burundian education sector plan and its endorsement by partners.

UNICEF Benin
Played a catalyst role in the development of the Benin ten-year education sector plan and its endorsement by partners.

USAID Benin
Played a leading role in the education reform programme, in particular the generalization of the new competency-based study programs to all primary schools in Benin (grade 1 thru 6).
