- Captive breeding of rare or endangered species, reintroduction, capture and care of wild animals, zoological park management.
- Climate change: mitigation and adaptation.
- Frequent missions, including evaluations (several times as team leader) for the E.U. and other bi- or multilateral cooperation (FAO, UNDP, World Bank, ADB, FFEM, GEF, French Aid, etc.) and NGOs (IGF, WWF, AKDN).
