I earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from the University of Glasgow in 2016, with a focus on policy implementation and analysis, public sector research, and change management. My dissertation examined quantitative differences between the demographic and ideological diversity of the American public and the U.S. House of Representatives. I received high marks for this research and graduated with distinction.

I also hold a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the George Washington University, where I concentrated on conflict resolution, Eastern European affairs, and Russian language. I graduated cum laude in 2011.
