• General ledger management: Record accounts payables and receivables invoices into the general ledger using Quickbooks online and desktop. Determine accruals and prepayments to be posted to the balance sheet.
• Bank reconciliation: Oversee monthly reconciliation of accounts payables, receivables, corporate bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts as assigned. Research and determine the source of discrepancies and provide timely resolution.
• Payroll and Tax: Prepare biweekly payroll journal entries for the general ledger. Prepare and review vendor list for 1099 filing.
• Financial reporting: Prepare fixed assets, prepayments, and accruals schedules. Review creditors’ and debtors’ balances for accuracy. Generate audit reports upon request from external auditors.
