Affiliations and Achievements:
I bring over 20 years of extensive experience and a strong educational foundation in project management, vocational training, and organizational development. Throughout my career, I have consistently aligned workforce development initiatives with industry needs, global standards, and sustainable development goals.
I earned a Master’s degree in Engineering in electricity and industrial automation from the École nationale supérieure d'ingénieur en électricité de Grenoble (ENSIEG), which provided me with critical analytical and problem-solving skills. To complement this, I obtained the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2012, showcasing my ability to lead projects effectively. My Six Sigma Green Belt certification further reflects my dedication to quality and process optimization.
To enhance my expertise in technical and vocational education and training (TVET), I have completed targeted training programs in gender mainstreaming in TVET, informal vocational learning, and the evaluation of social programs. Additionally, I gained expertise in business modeling for vocational education and measuring impact in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These initiatives have equipped me to design and implement education and training frameworks that are inclusive, sustainable, and results-driven.
I have served in leadership roles such as Team Leader and TVET Expert for organizations like the French Development Agency, Expertise France, and the International Labour Office. My work has involved conducting feasibility studies, designing curricula, developing training programs, and contributing to capacity-building initiatives in regions such as Africa and Southeast Asia. Notable achievements include leading the strategic development of institutions in Benin and Guinea, designing capacity-building roadmaps in Ethiopia, and assessing training centers in South Africa and Mozambique.
Co-founding Havuta Sarl was a significant milestone in my career. Through this initiative, I developed tools to enhance program measurement and evaluation while building local capacities. This experience reinforced my dedication to fostering long-term, scalable solutions for workforce development and organizational growth.
Beyond my professional roles, I have contributed actively to volunteer initiatives. I served as a mentor for DUOL, supporting professional integration, and as a youth rugby coach, where I helped develop teamwork and discipline among young players. My advocacy and fundraising work with Pour un Sourire d’Enfant Suisse reflects my drive to make a tangible difference in underprivileged communities. These experiences demonstrate my focus on supporting individual and community growth.
I was a member of the Project Management Institute until 2015, allowing me to remain engaged with evolving global practices in project management and organizational strategy. My professional contributions also include drafting policies and frameworks focused on climate transition and gender-responsive training. These experiences have reinforced my ability to execute complex, multi-stakeholder projects and drive sustainable results.
Fluent in French and English, with working proficiency in German, I thrive in international settings where collaboration and cultural fluency are essential. My professional path reflects a commitment to innovation, sustainable development, and building partnerships across public and private sectors to achieve meaningful impact.
