Monitoring and Evaluation professional currently working for a USAID Afghanistan Parliamentary Assistance Project as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, a position I have held since February 2012. I also worked for USAID/Zimbabwe for four years as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (Development Program Specialist) from April 2007-February 2012. Prior to working for a private company as Business Analyst, I worked for four years for a USAID Parliamentary Strengthening Program as M&E Specialist (2001-2005). I have experience in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, program coordination, and reporting.

An economist by profession, I hold an MSc Economics and BSc Honours Economics degrees from the University of Zimbabwe. I am currently studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods, with the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa.
In addition, I completed the following USAID professional courses; USAID Feed the Future Monitoring and Evaluation course, Managing for Results; Project Development and Management Course; Life of Project Environmental Compliance and Environmentally Sound Design & Management Course; Land Tenure, Property Rights, and Natural Resource Management-Issues and Best Practices; Financial Sector Development In-depth Course.
