• Representative in international negotiations and discussions within the Card Processing and payment area and responsible for legal compliance issues. Also taking part in development of cardpayments in Sweden.
• Overcoming a weakened IT market and poor economic conditions to grow NetReception.
• Re-directing the strategic approach of Oko Banken Branch toward sales and preparing a plan to train staff for the new sales-focused initiatives.
• Establishing and growing the corporate banking side of Tryggbanken from 0 to 3,000+ customers as an integral member of the start-up team.
• In the banking industry for more than 15 years as bank-lawyer, business development and director of credits etc.
• From the Swedish National Board of Credits as Legal Counsel, negotiating with authorities in countries like Saudi-Arabia, the Baltic region and handled credits for some African countries.
