My confidentiality and organizational skills allowed me to keep events and information secret. I reorganized the filing system for easy retrieval of documents. I have put in place an easy tracking system of Code Cables in the Office of the Chief of Staff. An effective and easy-to-access filing system and record keeping are in place. The Chief of Staff’s agenda; mission and meeting files are timely prepared in accordance with set procedures and standards. Correspondence is managed in a timely manner and in accordance to relevant standards and practices. I successfully arrange private and official travels of the Chief of Staff and his Special Assistant. I prepare and submit their F10 claims to finance section upon completion of their trip. Effective and a timely liaise with colleagues and concerned parties internally and externally. Processes work and requisite follow-up accomplished under some supervision, and advice from and/or reporting to supervisor is sought as needed. Appropriate policies, guidelines and procedures are consistently applied and proactive contribution to their further development and strengthening is given. The office is well-maintained and provides timely and effective responses to requests and required action.
Good organization of meetings at the satisfaction of my supervisor as well as the partners. My draft programs always receive good comments. Successfully arrange forthcoming mission. Visitors have always being well received and have expressed their satisfaction. Incoming correspondence processed on time. Responses drafted error free. Good filing system, thus, documents found within no time. Travel documents of my supervisor always ready on time. Monthly Attendance Sheets always submitted to Personnel Section within deadline.
