Conceptualizing and formulating development proposals related to livelihood. Recruitment of project team for implementation of planned activities. Capacity building of the work force of the organization. Networking with other partner agencies and resource agencies.Diagnostic studies of clusters, cluster development activities in stone carving cluster of Bhubaneswar, Puri & Konark involving activities such a s social capital building, market linkages, training and capacity building of stone carving artisans, credit linkages, technology up gradation, social development etc.. I was also involved in capacity building of Govt. officers and NGO functionaries on cluster approach through training programs and exposure. Technical inputs in diagnostic report preparation of Handicraft clusters, Capacity building of Cluster Managers and linkages to resource organizations.• Organising Management Development Programmes (MDPs) on 'Business growth and enterprise promotion'.• Worked as a consultant for different projects(planning, monitoring, pre-funding appraisal and evaluation studies for international agencies like MEMISA, the Netherlands, CARITAS : The Netherlands and MISEREOR, Germany
• Involved in the field study and case study preparation of the DFID,UK sponsored "Western Orissa Livelihoo Project" in Bolangir and Nuapada district.
• In collaboration with NABARD linked more than 2000 SHGs to Bank during 1998-2000. Other 3000 SHGs are in the process of being linked during2001-2002.
