Professional Experience:
• Providing financial and business leadership, strategic consultation to CEO & BOD, and guidance on financial issues affecting the organization; formulating & implementing policies, procedures and internal control systems for effective financial operations of the company with turnover Rs. 1300 Crores, supported by a team of 80+ members including 10+ Managers
• Spearheading entire gamut of financial & commercial operations including Accounting, Banking Matters, Internal Controls, Warehousing, Procurement & Logistics, Administration and ERP Implementation
• Preparing short term & long term business plan and annual budget (CAPEX & OPEX); directing delivery of the key indices such as Volume, Net Revenue, Net Operating Profit before Tax (NOPBT) and Operating Cash Flow (OCF)
• Administering Project Finance functions, encompassing preparation of ad hoc working capital proposals; raising funds through equity contribution and by arranging borrowings through debentures & deposits
• Supporting management & owners in development of appropriate business strategy; undertaking financial evaluation and due diligence study of acquisition proposals; advising management on appropriate procurement, sales and inventory strategies
• Preparing cost and profitability projections to support pricing decisions; implementing cost control measures for improvement in top-line and bottom-line; ascertaining product/ services costs, analysing variances from budget, recommending corrective actions
• Monitoring preparation of financial reports that summarize & forecast the organisation's financial position on maximising profits, EBITDA and lead to better managed cash-flow & working capital
