Professional Experience:

• Develop concept note and proposal to engage Bhutanese refugee youth in skilling and employment in the area of elderly and palliative care services in Bhutanese refugee camps in Nepal.
• Explore the complimentary pathway mode of economic migration of Bhutanese refugee youth in Nepal.
• Provided an independent assessment of the business and investment plan for Winage services in Nepal
• Identify key policy provisions in Nepal for promoting youth employment in the elderly and palliative care services in Nepal.
• Develop employment creation opportunities locally and migration of skilled/semi-skilled professionals from the developing world to advanced economies.
• Provide operational advisory services to the company’s recruit, train and deploy (RTD) model as its business.
