• Develop concept note and proposal to engage Bhutanese refugee youth in skilling and employment in the area of elderly and palliative care services in Bhutanese refugee camps in Nepal.
• Explore the complimentary pathway mode of economic migration of Bhutanese refugee youth in Nepal.
• Provided an independent assessment of the business and investment plan for Winage services in Nepal
• Identify key policy provisions in Nepal for promoting youth employment in the elderly and palliative care services in Nepal.
• Develop employment creation opportunities locally and migration of skilled/semi-skilled professionals from the developing world to advanced economies.
• Provide operational advisory services to the company’s recruit, train and deploy (RTD) model as its business.
• Providing high-level oversight in mobilising unemployed and deserving candidates – preferably from the marginalised and disadvantaged sections of society – for training as certified care workers and guaranteeing employment.
• Establish partnerships with potential partners in the area of Elderly and palliative care services in Nepal.
• Resource mobilisation for scaling up the business intervention in Nepal and India.
• Provide innovative ideas and model designing to address the challenges in the Elderly and palliative care sector in India and Nepal.
