My portfolio spans 21 years working experience which include 2 year as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Manager, 1 year as Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Senior MEAL Officer, Acting Project Manager for a Climate change adaptation and Resilient project under the Zambuko Consortium, 9 years as MEAL officer, 4 years as a volunteer worker and 12 years as a Senior Secondary School Teacher where I majored in Advanced level Geography teaching. Project Manager and Climate Change and Environmental Management Specialist with a proven track record in orchestrating monitoring and reporting for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements. My experience also includes, amongst other, consulting work with NGOS & organizations. •Spearheaded 11 comprehensive training sessions and research initiatives on Climate Change and Environmental Management in Masvingo, Gutu, Buhera, Tsholotsho, and Makoni, showcasing expertise as a specialist in these thematic areas.
•Led the process evaluation of the BRICH project, enhancing resilience, inclusiveness, social cohesion, and healing in Masvingo, Manicaland, Matabeleland North, and South provinces, fostering positive community dynamics, 2023.
•Conducted an outcome evaluation of the Food Deficit Mitigation Strategy (FDMS) Programme's retargeting and registration exercise, ensuring improved targeting and registration processes for enhanced food security, 2022.
•Conducted an impact assessment of the Emergency Social Cash Transfer (ESCT) project in Gutu and Highfields, leading to enhanced cash transfer effectiveness and positive outcomes for beneficiaries, 2022.
•Investigated "land use and water stress" as sources of conflicts due to climate change in Zaka district, Masvingo, leading to informed strategies for conflict resolution and environmental sustainability, 2022.
