25 years of experience working in development countries in the education, transport and infrastructure sector • Experience in mainstreaming GESI, safeguards and climate change mitigation mechanisms in infrastructure sectors including transport, energy, telecommunication and water and sanitation. Over 25 years’ experience in providing technical assistance in institutional development, organisational development and change management • Strong experience in programme management, gender equity and social inclusion, safeguards, community education and capacity building; • • Strong experience of being part of and leading international/beneficiary member teams for national and project goals. • Experience in design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems in various formats • Development of training programmes in community development, cross cutting issues and land rights; • 22 years of experience working with a range of project partners, NSAs, Ministries of various countries, Namibia, Tanzania, Nauru, PNG and Vanuatu; ADB, AusAID, DFAT, EU and World Bank.
