Over 25 years’ experience in providing technical assistance in institutional development, organisational development and change management • Strong experience in programme management, gender equity and social inclusion, safeguards, community education and capacity building; • • Strong experience of being part of and leading international/beneficiary member teams for national and project goals. • Experience in design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems in various formats • Development of training programmes in community development, cross cutting issues and land rights; • 22 years of experience working with a range of project partners, NSAs, Ministries of various countries, Namibia, Tanzania, Nauru, PNG and Vanuatu; ADB, AusAID, DFAT, EU and World Bank.
