Professional Experience:

1. As Head of Provisioning and Allocation Directorate of Indian Air Force, entrusted with the responsibility of provisioning and allocation of Common user transport vehicles, Aircraft Support Vehicles and Airfield Support Vehicles for the entire Indian Air Force.

2. As Commanding Officer, headed four Indian Air Force establishments executing the Primary task along with Human Resource Planning, Talent Management, assigning responsibility to right person, performance appraisal and ensuring high morale to undertake any assignment any time.

3. As head of Technical Team managed the modification projects of Aircraft for Testing and Evaluation of Sensors developed by Defence Research & Development Organisation by effective coordination with DRDO Scientists, Design team, Customer Service of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and Air Force Flight Testing Agency.

4. Headed Repair Team for the projects of structural repair of aircrafts and helicopters damaged during operations and execution of the salvaging projects of crashed/Damaged aircraft which were beyond repair.

5. Headed team for the development of infrastructure projects to create Training Facilities and admin arrangements for the trainees along with design/fabrication projects of training aids.

6. As Head of ‘Aircraft Accident Investigation Board’, ensured the planning & execution of accident investigation by coordinating with multiple agencies and formulating recommendations for required corrective measures to prevent future accidents.

7. As Chief Project Engineer, managed the projects of development and review of aircraft servicing schedules, issue of amendments, incorporation of modifications and Defect Trend analysis. Task involved Interaction and meetings with manufacturer, user and specialists.
