Sept 2019 – Dec 2021 Technical Manager for Pickstock Homes, on pre-contract project implementation and infrastructure contracts, including managing the project team and provision of information for project appraisals and business planning
Projects Include:
• Oswestry Eastern Approach. Development of a 100-acre mixed residential and business park, with major civil engineering infrastructure element
• Middleton Road Oswestry. 38 unit Housing Association project, on a constrained town center site, completed December 2021
• Apley Way Telford. A 60 acre, 500 unit housing and local centre site, with large civil engineering element.
Aug 2014 – Aug 2019 Senior Project Manager – Gleeds Management Services, Nottingham representing external clients on project delivery to pre-determined time, quality and cost parameters

• Pre-construction for a £35m tertiary college involving relocation and amalgamation of two FE providers, including negotiation of the brief, establishment and ongoing management of the budget, and management of statutory processes on a contentious city centre site
