Presenting myself as the representative of my clients, my past responsibilities have included creating engaging content through different mediums of storytelling, tailored to different audiences in India and Switzerland. Specifically, I have worked with the Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, as an Account Manager. One aspect of the role involved handling political communications for a sustainability campaign that benefited 30 million rural women in India through capacity building. During this project, we created a bridge that connected the front-line worker directly to the agencies. With this execution, we were able to monitor the daily process and subsequently broadcast it. The information broadcast needed to be engaging, thereby, using different communication mediums, I planned and implemented the continuous on-boarding of key the stakeholders.
For any organisation, with a principled insight driven approach to communications, I strive to employ cross cultural and cross medium instruments that increases visibility for gender issues. My
social research skills and a trust building approach towards collaborating with stakeholders including the mainstream media is bound to add to the existing process. For me, the bottom line for all communication purpose is that the content needs to be compelling while being strategic and focused.
Hence, I bring to the table, the ability to develop a trusting relationship between information creators, gatherers, sharers, and receivers. I bring the belief system that innovative communication
has the power to connect with the remotest corner. I bring a blend of experiences from the Global North and the Global South.
