I’m currently working as Director of Administration at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA). I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA); a Masters Degree in Psychological Sciences (MPS); Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building construction. I bring with me management and technical work experience of over twenty-five (25) years in the public, private and the Non-Governmental Organization sectors.
I’ve enjoyed the appointments of Zambian Director with BuildIT International- a UK based NGO involved in infrastructure development; National operations/programmes manager with Habitat for Humanity Zambia; Director of Engineering services at Chililabombwe Municipal Council; Deputy Quantity Surveyor at A/S Phoenix Contractors; and Branch Manager at Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company.
I’m a registered engineer and member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ). I am also a member of the Institute of Municipal Engineering of Southern Africa (IMESA) and was Zambia’s focal person for the Water Institute of Southern Africa (WISA)/ United Cities and Local Governments in Africa (UCLGA) water and sanitation hub from 2006 to 2009. I was team leader for the Chililabombwe district water campaign team from 2005-2008 under the International Council on Local Environment Initiative (ICLEI)- a member of the World Water Council (WWC) and an associate of the Global Water Partnership (GWP).
I have a strong command of the English language; I am a highly experienced, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking individual with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the public, private and NGO sector; I also possess excellent organization and planning skills, with strong initiative and the ability to develop own prioritized work plans and reports to superiors on a timely basis; I have strong capacity to undertake research in unfamiliar territories, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality; I am result oriented with strong administrative and authentic Leadership skills and a strong capacity to work in teams.

• Member of the ZRA Union/Management salaries negotiating team for over 10 years
• Chairman for the Kasumbalesa Concession Monitoring Committee, representing Government interest, since 2018
• Participated in the negotiations for the Tax online project between ZRA and TATA.
• Representing ZRA on the Joint Technical/Steering Committee (JTC/JSC) of the Kazungula Bridge Project between Botswana and Zambia. • Managed to complete staff house construction at Chirundu, Nakonde and Kasumbalesa on time and within budget.
• Was instrumental in ensuring that Border infrastructure at Nakonde, Katima Mulio, Kazungula, and Chanida Border were completed and commissioned
