Numerous tasks were carried out in administration, Budgeting, and Planning of Hospital services in Military Hospitals as Second in Command. As a Chief Logistics officer took care of Logistics management of UN tertiary care hospital, DR Congo Africa. Very keen on Health technology innovation devised a Point of care device, for detecting early fluid effusion in Lungs in COVID-19 (Indo Sweden Innovation Challenge)
Worked as Quarantine Supervisor COVID19 AIIMS Rishikesh Mar-Dec 2020. Screening and Surveillance duties COVID 19 AIIMS Rishikesh, March–Dec2020. Currently working as Technical Specialist (Disease Surveillance) NCDC Delhi, in World Bank project for upgradation of disease surveillance systems across the country and setting up of BSL4 and BSL3 labs in various parts of the country. Conducting numerous video conferences with stake holders.Currently engaged in a World Bank project for upgrading surveillance systems in the country(India) , strategy, planning and implementation. I was actively involved in cautioning the masses in urban area on indiscriminate use of the antibiotics

Qualified in Public Health from the national apex institute in India (AIIMS), have been vastly involved in research on healthcare delivery systems and working on World Bank project for upgrading surveillance systems for disease outbreaks and potential pandemics. I am also a qualified medical doctor with 25 years of service. Palliative medicine certified for practice and a trainer for HIV train the trainer program.
