I have just completed one year contract with the Capacity Building and Assessments Division at GRID-Arendal (Norway), where I have gained valuable experience as a Project assistant.
Since 2006, I have been committed to environmental protection and sustainable development. As a Project Officer at the Network for Environment and Sustainable Development in Africa (NESDA)’s secretariat in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, I have gained a solid experience in this field and I have been involved in issues such as environmental information management, environmental assessments and other environmental issues relevant to Africa.
This position has enabled me to acquire strong skills in project management and experience in working with various partners including UNEP and UNDP.
Some of my work has included; contributions in UNEP’s publications such as the Global Environment Outlook (GEO) and the Africa Environment Outlook reports.
