Professional Experience:
Currently I work as Project Coordinator for the World Bank-funded Liberia Land Administration Project (LLAP) at the Liberia Land Authority (LLA) in Liberia. My basic responsibilities include serving as liaison between between the Liberia Land Authority representing the Government of Liberia and the World Bank on all project activities including project inception, project planning and implementation. Specifically, I work in concert with the LLA in developing annual work plans and budgets (AWPB), implementation of project activities, financial reports, monitoring and quality assurance of project deliverables. I am tasked with developing quarterly, progress and annual reports for the entire duration of the project.

I am a former staff of the Program Management Unit (PMU) at the Ministry of Agriculture where I managed the Agriculture Sector Rehabilitation Project (ASRP) as Project Coordinator. My main duties were to lead in the day-to-day operations of the African Development Bank (AfDB)-funded project and ensuring that the project meets its major objectives of Improving agriculture productivity and household income in operational counties – Grand Gedeh, Maryland, River Gee and Grand Kru.

Prior to assuming this assuming that position at the Ministry of Agriculture, I worked seven (7) years as Senior Program Officer and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Monrovia where I supervised the implementation of various projects and ensure compliance relating to finance, program, and procurement of all UNDP activities.

Before coming to Liberia in 2005, I worked for several years in the United States with Lutheran World Relief (LWF) as Program Assistant, Union of Reform Judiasm (URJ) as Development Assistant, and the Maryland Historical Society as Database Administrator.

I am a team players and have attributes of a motivational leader. I subscribe to the a transformational leadership style of work. I have strong organizational, analytical, human relations, motivational and leadership skills and this is why I am revered in most places of work as an exceptional leader.

On a part-time basis, I am involved in many consultancies including with the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning in Liberia for the development of the 5-year Pro-Poor Agenda for Prosperity and Development (PADP). Other consultancies including consultancies with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for Assessment of At-risk Youths in Liberia, and outcome evaluations with UNDP, UN-Women, Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights (OHCHR), among others.

If selected for any position, I will be bringing more than 16 years of project management, organizational management, project planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation and administrative experience to the selected organization.
Education:
I received a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with emphasis in Project Management in December 2020 from Walden University in the United States. I also hold two (2) masters in Management (Project Management) and Software Engineering as well as a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from University of Maryland University College, now University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, Maryland, U.S.A. My undergraduate degree is in Mathematics from the University of Liberia in Monrovia, Liberia. During my years with UNDP, I received several certificates in procurement, management, PRINCE2, and Advanced Security in the Field. I have other certificates in Performance Management and Monitoring and Evaluation from Thailand and Canada respectively.
