5. Experience in teaching epidemiology, immunization, disease surveillance, disease control and outbreak response and investigation

I possess a masters degree in Public Health with Epidemiology major. Also possess a bachelor of education degree in health sciences. Possess a diploma degree as Technical officer - community health. I have practiced in the field of Public Health for over 15 years both with the government sector and UN Agency-World Health Organization. Have received several other short courses in surveillance, outbreak response, field epidemiology, Immunization in practice, effective vaccine management and cold chain logistics. Have certificates in various security trainings by the UNDSS and abreast with experience working in security compromised environment. Have knowledge in health research with 1 peer reviewed publication, 1 pre-print article awaiting publication and ongoing researches in COVID-19, HIV and maternal and child health
