I hold degrees in Psychology and Sustainable Development with a specialisation in Information Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D). I have over a decade of experience working on broad technology issues including innovation, tech policy, internet and data governance. I currently work at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation leading the organisation’s work on tech policy and innovation in India and have previously been a consultant for the International Telecommunication Union and headed the Research & Advocacy team at an Indian non-profit working in the field of tech policy and ICT4D.

I have a undergraduate degree in Psychology with a focus on social psychology and the key behavioural indicators of right-wing authoritarianism. Following which, I completed a graduate degree in Sustainable development practice with a specialisation in information communication technology for development.
