I have extensive experience in compensation & benefits and performance management strategy in both banking and consulting sectors over a total of 7 years. As a consultant, I have advised companies of all sizes - startups, SMBs and large MNCs - on organisational strategy and its alignment to HR strategy, and subsequently the creation of actionable goals. I have also facilitated managerial, leadership and team development workshops for large, complex organisations.
My Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement competencies are illustrated through my experience at both Citibank and Carrots Consulting in managing and engaging multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies, as well as presenting to, influencing and getting buy-in from senior executives and Board members for projects.
