Philip Appiagyei Nsiah is an experienced International Development and Management Consultant and Development Practitioner with over 15 years of expertise in various fields, including Development Economic Planning, Project and Programme Management, Monitoring and Impact Evaluation, Financial Inclusion, Programme Design and Implementation, and more. He has collaborated with organizations such as the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), Mastercard Foundation, SIMAVI, OXFAM, World Bank, IOM, UNGC, IFAD, DFID, SNV, and others in Ghana and East Africa. He has also attained numerous professional certifications in areas such as Performance-Based Financing, Lean Six Sigma, and Energy Economics. Philip’s career highlights include serving as a consultant for numerous projects in Ghana, contributing to the development of policies and programs, conducting evaluations, and providing training and capacity-building services. His roles have spanned various sectors, including energy, local governance, agriculture, and socioeconomic research. Philip has led and participated in numerous consultancy projects, including strategic reviews, feasibility studies, policy development, and impact evaluations across various sectors such as agriculture, local governance, and financial inclusion. Notable recent projects include the Midline and Endline evaluation of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars program at KNUST, Strategic Reviews of Ghana Enterprise Agency and Global Shea Alliance for Mastercard Foundation, End of Project Evaluation for SECO-GIZ sponsored Governance for Inclusive Development programme, and serving as a Local Consultant for Mastercard Foundation and Oxfam-funded programmes, and Socio-economic reintegration of Ghanaian returnees from Libya by IOM.
