Implementation of SOX compliant Inventory counts meeting required documentation standards for 6 BAT Distribution depots across South Africa and achieved a 100% pass rate for SOX compliance in these sites for 2020 year-end test
•Led a tax reconciliation exercise for Zambian Breweries group covering a period of 6 years assessed in which the company only paid less than K10m from an assessment of K212m
•I have been heavily involved in the implementation of the minimum internal control framework under Ab-inbev for SOX compliance, managing to implement 80% of the required controls in 6 months
•Whilst at Kalumbila Town development Corporation, I formed part of the team that formulated and negotiated the investment deal for the purchase of land and construction of 50 houses by Mukuba Pension Fund in Kalumbila Town.
•Set up the construction and accounting package for Kalumbila Town Development Corporation
•Played a leading role in the implementation of a new enterprise package for operations and on the change over from BP to Puma including user training, migration of balances and running acceptance testing for the new system
•I have been involved in due diligence work that has been done leading to the successful sale and purchase transactions for National Breweries and Heinrich’s Beverages; Zambian Towers and Puma Energy
