Analytical Assessment of Institutional Arrangements and Human Resources of the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program in India Jul 2020 – Present Finalized selection of districts in the hard-hit Tuberculosis states based on defined criteria to ensure different tiers of districts are included in the assessment of health institutions and their requirement for health professionals; Contributed in finalizing the prioritized health cadres for the workload analysis of health professionals at the service delivery level for country-level data; Revised the data collection tool such as the interview guide used by the CTD personnel for the qualitative assessment of health institutions; Managed the field data collection by closely liaising with NHSRC and CTD for follow-ups and frequently communicating with the MOHFW counterparts to ensure high response rate; For the quantitative analysis of the data collected from the health professional interviews, contributed in writing the deductive codes corresponding with the research questions in the interview guide was created on Stata to analyze the data.
