Project Evaluation
• Midline Assessment and evaluation of HIV AIDS Target Intervention NGO projects supported by West Bengal State AIDS Prevention & Control Society.
• Team member of Ipact, University of Aberdeen, UK, for Comprehensive Review of programmes for maternal and neonatal mortality reduction in 5 South Asian countries.
• Qualitative Researcher for the End-line Survey and Evaluation of the project “Enhancing Mobile Populations’ Access to HIV and AIDS Services, information and Support (EMPHASIS)” implemented by CARE in India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
• External co-evaluator for two UNODC projects in India: I 49 - Reducing substance use related HIV vulnerabilities in female drug users and female partners of drugusers, and G 86 -Empowering Communities for prevention of drugs and HIV in India.
• Technical expert for UNICEF, to document the process and outcomes of the project - Protecting children belonging to ST communities including Primitive Tribal Groups (PTG) in selected districts of West Bengal.

Design and Strategy Development
• Technical support to Hope Foundation, Ireland, for planning, design and operationalisation of the Child Watch Project for the hard-to-reach street, working, trafficked, abused, deserted children of Kolkata,
• Technical expertise to WaterHealth India, a subsidiary of WaterHealth Inc. Irvine, USA, to design strategy for setting up community-based water purification and distribution centres in 4 districts in West Bengal in partnership with the local self-governments and State Government.
• Technical support to Population Health Services India (PHSI), working for the Social Marketing Programme of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, to design a strategy for Social Marketing of Condoms.
• Capacity development expert with Technical Assistance Support Team (TAST) contracted by DFID on behalf of the Department of Health and Family Welfare (DHFW), to support the Government of West Bengal efforts in decentralisation of health care services in West Bengal.
• Communication expert on a UNDP project -To develop an Advocacy Strategy at state level in West Bengal for the Prevention of Trafficking and HIV AIDS.
• Technical assistance to the West Bengal State Commission for Women to design advocacy strategy on Safe Motherhood for members of the State Legislative Assembly and the Parliament towards informed participation in policy change and implementation.
• Technical expert to International Labour Organisation (ILO), Hyderabad, to develop- Strategy for mainstreaming gender in all activities of the Andhra Pradesh State Based Project (APSBP) for elimination of child labour.
• Technical expert with The Futures Group International (India), under the USAID supported IFPS II Technical Assistance Project in Uttaranchal, to develop communication strategy to increase the access of rural poor women to essential RCH services.
