Professional Experience:
Experience in all aspects of program management. I have prepared proosals that have been funded by USAID, OFDA, DFID, CIDA UNICEF and others. Experience in budget preparation, monitoring, resource allocation and reporting. Currently managing a 2million dollar budget. Experience in food security monitoring data collection, analysis and information dissemination. Expereince in using monitoring tools for food security and program tracking. Experience in human resource management including development of job descriptions, interview questions, performance management and disciplinary proceedures.Experience in logistics, seeting up warehousing, installing warehousing systems and transport logistics. Administartive expereinece including development of systems inclusing conduct, discipline, assett control and allocation of resources.I also have training experience including prepaqration of training material and presentation of information using powerpoint. Experience also in stakeholder laison management and also in partner management.
