Professional Experience:

I have been the Executive Director for the Young Women’s Christian Association of Ethiopia for 7 years, having an experience on resource mobilization, networking and partnership building, Program/project management on women and girls empowerment issues, human resource and financial management as well as team development. I have completed a one year fellowship program with Atlas Corps, a leadership development/management training program for nonprofit leaders March 2011-March 2012. During the year, I served in a New York City based non-profit organization, Global Kids that works on youth development. I have also been the official delegate to the United Nations by the World Young Women Christian Association (World YWCA) that has a consultative status with the UN
