Professional Experience:

For the past four years, I have been employed as Programme Development Manager for the Centre for Development & Community Welfare in London, a varied and challenging position that has enabled me to provide significant input to the formulation of strategic organisation policy whilst also directly influencing project development from a technical perspective. I have enjoyed considerable success in this capacity, utilising my exceptional skills in communicating and influencing to strengthen donor relationships, working collaboratively with them to maximise project impact and efficiency. My role also includes extensive monitoring and evaluation of the programme environment.

Further programme management experience has been gained during my time with Institute for African Union in Brussels where I spearheaded the planning and implementation of resource and organisational development programmes for the NGO that deals with governance issues of African countries.

In academic terms, I have successfully completed an MSc in NGOs & International Development Management through the University of East London, a qualification which enhanced my knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues in international development such as globalisation, sustainability and forced migration. My earlier studies are in the areas of financial management and economics, equipping me with exceptional analytical and problem solving capabilities which have proven invaluable when monitoring and evaluating projects and programmes.

I am now looking for a challenging new position . My key qualities are my ability to manage projects from a strategic and operational perspective, controlling resources and leveraging stakeholder relationships to facilitate the achievement of positive outcomes. I also pride myself on my ability to engage with people from all social and cultural backgrounds, fluent in English, French and Congolese languages and dialects and able to integrate with ease into international environments.
