I earn a masters in political science, in Paris. I led and implemented several programs in various countries including Haïti, Guinea, Mali, Rep. of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa Republic, Madagascar, Benin, Togo, etc.. I have over 20 years experience in Governance, capacity building, education, corporate affairs management, lobbying and advocacy,training, fund-raising, gender issue, political analysis.
