Professional Experience:
Academic, Psychologist, political analyst. I taught methodology in social sciences, applied statistics and behavioral studies for 17 years at Abidjan university. I earn a masters in political science, in Paris. I led and implemented several programs in various countries including Haïti, Guinea, Mali, Rep. of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa Republic, Madagascar, Benin, Togo, etc.. I have over 20 years experience in Governance, capacity building, education, corporate affairs management, lobbying and advocacy,training, fund-raising, gender issue, political analysis.
I led many Needs Assessment missions in post conflict contexts and facilitated many dialogue efforts.
I have excellent leadership skills and I'm committed in team working and staff personnal and professional improvement.
I developped fundraising skills and have been able to engage new donors and development agencies to synergize.
