I started my corporate career as a financial advisor in the UK working for a leading IFA, Julian Gibbs. Moved into financial product development and marketing - led, managed and grew companies in the UK and Asia - JWT,
Streets Finance, CDP. Advised a range of financial services institutions expanding in the UK and into developing markets of Asia.


Transitioned into Retail Banking as commercial director for ABN AMRO Asia setting up a retail bank across 8 markets targeting the rising middle classes.

Post ABN AMRO - I set up Din Consultants approx 20 years ago. During this time I have worked as an Associate Consultant IBM ebusiness helping IBM compete higher up the food chain, an interim manager helping to start-up and grow new digital plus businesses for a number of private bank (UBS, Credit Suisse, Barclays Wealth, Lloyds Private Banking, Deutsche) , a growth consultant to SME's and operating businesses owned by family offices.

In parallel to the consultancy, I have a second business focussed on property rainmaking - in the student accommodation, retirement care, affordable housing and co-living sectors. I have raised FDI c£2bn.

I am also a short-term consultant to World Bank/IFC working for the advisory sector. As their International Gender & SME specialist, I help to mobilise this growth leveraging digital. The work undertaken involves: market assessment and research studies, diagnostics assessing supply, demand and enabling environment, knowledge sharing and capacity building workshops with Central Banks, development of the customer value propositions (encompassing financial and non-financial solutions, whole of market green finance solutions, digital plus distribution, inclusive cultures) to drive SME and Women's banking growth.

I am currently leveraging my experience in both the Private Wealth/philanthropy/family office and Development Banking/Impact sector to develop concepts for a range of cross-collaboration solutions and partnerships.

Business Studies Diploma from the City of London Uni (was the Metropolitan Uni) supplemented with a range of inhouse/continuous training programmes covering Research, AI, Marketing and Communication whilst working at JWT,Financial Product Development

My advisory board roles include Chair, Institute of Directors Financial Services - building the bridge between Civic City of London and SME's. This involves focussing on growing areas and markets such as Green Finance, Islamic Finance, Africa, ASEAN

I am currently on the international advisory board of London Institute of Banking and Finance inputting into the organisations growth internationally.

I have been a non-exec director, Riverside Community Trust - health. This was at the start of the change transformation in the NHS to become more accountable and move care into the homes.
