Professional Experience:

I am a passionate, creative professional with an international background and six years of program management experience. I have vision, determination, drive and experience to build foundations for new projects and the follow through needed to ensure they become sustainable and long-lasting. I have demonstrated this skill through the exponential growth that has occurred at Operation Access (OA) during the past five. I have created a number of strategies on which new ideas were put into action, new hospitals on boarded, new medical volunteers recruited, and ultimately, more patients served. The programs I oversaw at OA would not have been as successful had it not been for my excellent communication abilities. I have the skills to motivate staff and over 500 medical volunteers, communicate efficiently, effectively and promptly with Board members and hospital executives. For me, communication is the rich soil that helps any program flourish. The three people I supervise know my ultimate desire is to fulfill the mission, while maintaining a manageable, highly efficient and healthy work environment. I have a history of working tirelessly to build programs that contribute to social change. I look forward to placing this energy in an international organization.
